Olympic games 2012 day 7

After an amazing thursday we when into today on a high. I did actually miss a lot of today but re saw the whole events. Firstly we had a three time silver medalist that final got her gold!! In the rowing. The track events started and the heptaphlon we were flying Ennis smashed a world record in her hurdles and thundered through the 200m leaving the first day in first so good luck to her for tomorrow. Queen Victoria was back to retain her gold in the cycling. Also Ben Ensile is doing amazing in the sailing. Lastly rebecca adlington was amazing in her event she did us proud and she's is right a medal is amazing. Well done to her and all team GB an we went to 3rd but leave today in 4th and very proud!!
