Olympic games 2012 day 7

After an amazing thursday we when into today on a high. I did actually miss a lot of today but re saw the whole events. Firstly we had a three time silver medalist that final got her gold!! In the rowing. The track events started and the heptaphlon we were flying Ennis smashed a world record in her hurdles and thundered through the 200m leaving the first day in first so good luck to her for tomorrow. Queen Victoria was back to retain her gold in the cycling. Also Ben Ensile is doing amazing in the sailing. Lastly rebecca adlington was amazing in her event she did us proud and she's is right a medal is amazing. Well done to her and all team GB an we went to 3rd but leave today in 4th and very proud!!

Olympic games 2012 day 6

I started today not watching the olympics bit that didn't last long. I checked my olympic app and saw that the Rowing team was fighting for a silver medal in a nail biting race. After this i turned to shooting. I don't normal watch this because I don't know how it works but I turn on to cheer our man to a gold medal!!! An amazing start and then to judo where we worked so hard to an amazing silver medal and we are so proud. Then the canoeing where we were in gold place bit then more Brits we left and they battled to get silver so a one two there. In the evening we had the men's team track who did amazing to get gold but unfortunately victoria pedlington and Jessica varnish got disqualified but ended the day now 5th!! Team GB on the raise!

Olympic games 2012 day 5

Today was a great day for team GB. I stated today without watching the Olympics to try and get things done. However when I checked what had happened we had won gold!! The female rowing had smashed a record and the men were set on gold too. Form then on I was stuck. I watched British rowing men take lead but lose at the end to German for bronze. However saw wiggins win a gold and alex won bronze in the time trail and was very happy for both of them, just wished alex got more recognition. The Michael jamierson so close to catching a gold in the last leg. He smashed a record but ran out of pool and silver so close to the gold. Today was a gold day and here's hoping tomorrow with be similar.
